Operations

The engine behind the whole center.

Orders, calendar, production, time tracking and warranties in one place.

Every car moves through the same four lists.

The crew works the lists. The system records what happened while they do.

  1. 01

    Incoming cars

The cars booked in for today. A car is marked arrived as it comes in.

    • Treatments and notes shown
    • Priority orders on top
    • One tap marks it arrived
  2. 02

    Pick list

Cars waiting for treatment, in whatever order the crew decides.

    • Drag to reorder the queue
    • Starting picks the technician
    • Time books to that car
  3. 03

    In treatment

What is being worked on right now, by whom, and for how long so far.

    • Live time per car
    • Pause one or the floor
    • Mark some or all done
  4. 04

    Done

Finished cars, waiting to be handed over, paid for and driven out.

    • Car is ready SMS
    • Cash, card or invoice
    • Closes when both are done

The warranty is written when the work is done

Marking the work done registers the warranty from the treatment itself — how long it runs, when the car is due back — and links the QR label to the car. The owner scans it and sees the warranty and a booking link. The center gets the car on its recall list before the date runs out.

Your market runs its own instance

One instance per country, with its own language, its own order numbers and its own vehicle registry lookup. Inside it a center can run several locations: customers and products shared across the center, orders and calendar per location, and cars shared across the whole network.

It connects to what your market already runs

Finished orders can be handed to the invoicing or accounting system you already use, and jobs can come in from dealer systems the same way. Everything the system does sits behind a documented API.

What else the center runs on.

The parts around the daily work, in the same system as the work itself.

See a day run in the system

We take you through a real day: cars in, treatments running, warranties registered, and the recalls that bring the cars back.
