How we collect, use and keep the personal data you leave on this website.

Who is responsible

Ditec International is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about how we handle your data go to info@ditecinternational.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we register your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the subject you pick and the message you write. Please do not put sensitive personal data in the form.

The website also stores cookies in your browser. Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and keep the choice you make in the cookie banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you consent to them.

What we use it for

Handling enquiries rests on our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, under GDPR article 6(1)(f). Cookies beyond the necessary ones rest on your consent, under article 6(1)(a).

Analytics

With your consent we use PostHog to see how the site is used, hosted in the EU. It tells us which pages are read and where enquiries come from. Without consent no analytics data is stored in your browser and no profile is built.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data can be shared with the suppliers who run our website, analytics and email, and who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Beyond that we disclose data only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as they matter for the conversation between us, and deleted when they no longer do. Cookies have a limited lifetime, and your consent choice is stored so you are not asked again on every visit.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, or hand your data over in a machine readable format. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time.

Contact us if you want to use those rights. If you believe we handle data in breach of the rules, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

You can change which cookies you allow at any time.
